Shipping policy

• Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and includes street number and/or apartment number.

• If your address is not verified by the shipping carrier, we will send you a message to confirm your mailing address. We are not responsible to any lost packages due to the inaccuracies or insufficient shipping address.

• If there is any reason for delay or non delivery, you will need to contact your local post office for help locating the package with the tracking number and your shipping address.

• Once the package leaves our care, we transfer the responsibility to the shipping carrier. We can access the same tracking information as you can.
